Meditation

Meditation is a time to stop, come back to ourselves, and reconnect with who we are at our core. Meditation is essential to stay true to ourselves, know our path forward, and clear the distractions that divert our focus and awareness.

Intuitive meditation is a particular form of meditation designed for self-awareness and staying true to who we are. Meditation can include:

  • Ways to quiet the body.
  • Techniques for clearing our thinking of unproductive and limiting
    beliefs.
  • Opening our ability to see clearly in our mind’s eye.
  • Clearing our space of others’ energies and thoughts.
  • Bringing our energy into the present time.
  • Setting our space to the energy level we enjoy.
  • Focusing on the life we desire.
